90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Try MindMix. If you don't love it, email Unlockyours@getmindmix.com within 90 days of delivery with your order number and we will refund the purchase price of your MindMix drink mix. The box can be opened. You do not need to send opened product back.
The guarantee applies to MindMix drink mix bought on getmindmix.com and is limited to one refund per customer or household. It covers your first order or first membership shipment.
Other returns
Additional unopened boxes and unused accessories (such as the shaker) can be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition. Please contact us before sending anything back. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged, missing or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, email us with your order number and a photo and we will replace it or refund it.
Refunds
Original shipping charges are not refundable. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Free gifts, digital content and items marked final sale are not eligible for a refund.
Subscriptions and memberships
You can cancel, skip or pause at any time from your customer account or by emailing us. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Cancelling stops future charges; charges already made are covered by the terms above.
